Good habit should be not exceed 10 or 5 minutes at first step. If you try too many things passionately from the beginning, you will get tired quickly. So, by reading a book, for example, I only start reading three pages a day.
Even if you want to do it for more than 10 minutes, it is decided that it is must. It is to create a state of yourself so that you do not feel burdened and want to proceed with the work more. The easier you think the action is, the less rejection you feel, and the easier it is to maintain. In addition, confidence grows in the process. And then, increase the time.
