The best thing to feel better is rest when I get tired after work in my daily life.
However, there are many types of rest.
I think it depends on where the tiring of the day comes from.
Conversations like rest, travel like rest, meals like rest, bathing like rest, listening to music like rest, etc.
For me, it seems like the best solution is to have a favorite meal with my family after work, and to sit on a comfortable sofa and relax together even if we don't say anything special.
Maybe I think this is what I think because I live away from my family.
