I don't like a hard exercises.
And I don't like to overwork to train my body.
I like a golf and a indoor gym.
And I like the process of analyzing somethings and finding reasons.
The reason I enjoy golf for a long time is that golf is not a hard exercise and I can exercise by analyzing each movement.
Among indoor gyms, I especially like indoor bike riding.
It's fun to watch my body to endure by adjusting the intensity and increasing the time every day.
