As we know, the United States has been the most powerful country in the world and a symbol of freedom and democracy.
The U.S. has also been leading the global economy and technological advancement. so many people in other countries admire America and want to live there.
But I was shocked to know that the current U.S. today was made through lots of wars of aggression against other countries.
The U.S. started as a small nation of several states on the eastern coast of North America when it gained independence from the united kingdom.
And then the U.S. took Florida state and other nearby areas from Spain through war
And then the U.S. purchased from Emperor Napoleon the central part of North America, which is now about one-third the size of the United States.
And then the U.S. took Texas and California and other nearby areas from Mexico through war.
I was surprised because the above facts were different from America's image of peace.
