In Korea, there is a funny saying, "less work and earn a lot of money."
Accordingly, it is considered an ideal workplace if three conditions are met.
First, a job with a high salary.
As many people think a job that can make a lot of money is a good job, I think it is an ideal job if you have a high salary. You can make extra money, but it's easy to work and a place with a lot of self-authority, right?
Second, workplaces with a good welfare environment for employees.
These days, a new word "work-life balance" is emerging in many Koreans. It is a compound word of work and balance, which means that they prefer a job where work and family and work and individual time. In addition, it would be nice if it was a work place that respects employees' work-life balance and cares for employees.
Thrid, a workplace with a free atmosphere.
A free atmosphere is not a workplace that doesn't matter if you are rude to people. I'm talking about a workplace where you can freely come up with ideas.
