Well, like a tall, handsome, rich man from the drama? HAHAHA, I'm just joking.
First, you should have a smile face.
There is a Korean saying that you can't spit on a smiling face. If you smile, it means, you can't easily hate it or get angry.
Rather than a person's blunt or angry expression, a smiling face will make the other person comfortable and will be easier to approach.
Second, you should be able to get along with everyone easily.
It is a factor that is related to the first factor, but if it is uncomfortable to approach, I think the atmosphere is also uncomfortable. Also, it's because you don't have a hard time finding help and you can learn your work well.
Thrid, you need to be good at your work and have problem-solving skills.
In order to solve the problem that occured without panicking, I think I can be an ideal boss who needs high problem solving ability and has a lot to learn based on this.
