What kind of a leader makes a good leader?

Reflecting how chaotic Korean politics has been for the last several weeks, I believe good leaders need to be full of humility. In my perspective humble leaders are more approachable and open-minded. This trait allows leaders to be good communicators who are open to the ideas of others. Eventually, these leaders would be better in handling conflict by finding common ground and compromise. I believe ousted South Korean president lacks this quality which he was notorious from the time as Attorney General. His arrogance and stubbornness led him to ignore sincere advice from professionals and left out with only radical loyalists. For instance, during the hearing, most of Minister of States testified that they had disagreed with martial law. However, president pushed agenda because he was captivated with the thought of extremist. If president was more open minded to his closest allies and comprisable to opposition party, the Korean might have not gone through chaotic situation.
