If I don't get enough sleep, I actually have a hard time working or doing activities after work.
Once I wake up in the morning, I can't sleep again, even if I lack sleep.
All I can do is lie down on the massage chair after lunch and take a nap for about 10 minutes.
And to take a deep nap, I listen to classical music with a small sound.
Most people have a hard time to sleep when there is a sound.
But I always turn on classical music and take a short nap.
Especially, my favorite music is Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5.
I took a very deep nap for about 10 minutes listening to this music yesterday.
With this short nap, I can keep my daily routine.
And I drink more coffee than other days.
Maybe the caffeine in coffee helps me to be more active and focused.
