When I am sad or angry, I don't do anything. As time went by I feel better good. But I only feel better, I am still angry with that. I want to talk about that, what was the problem, why l was angry, what I want to you. When I argued with my husband, my husband didn't do anything. Just leave me aside. I don't like it. I heard that someone eat lot of foods, someone listening to music, someone sleep long time. I don't know really way to solved my angry.
