A) We need a lot of ingredients when we make Korean foods.
That's why people say that Korean food has a lot of sincerity.
Of course, there are many simmple and convenient Korean foods such as gimbap and Tteokbokki.
Traditional Korean foods usually use fermented ingredients a lot.
Sufficiently aged kimchi and fermented soy sauce are required for delicious kimchi stew, and fermented soybean paste is essential for soybean paste stew.
How delicious food we make depends on how good ingredients we prepare.
Kimchi stew is also good for our health.
Kimchi provides us with the fiber we need and stimulates our appetite.
But for me, food is like a memory.
I'm eating food with my mouth, but I remember the time and place with my loved one with my head and heart.
So wouldn't this food be delicious?
I can laugh out loud while eating kimchi stew and cry silently.
Maybe it's because the memory related to kimchi stew was so beautiful.
