Uhm..I understand your question as being about that we are equal and how we can strive to achieve that.

First, I think that our unfair society have to take the fair opportunities for everyone and for every parts( like education, job, welfare and so on).
And, we by ourself can make wonderful global society. For that, we use inclusive expressions regardless of race, gender, age, background, religion etc.
Also, if we look discrimination, we should speak out directly against discrimination situation based on biases and prejudices.
Above all, we have to get a respect for anybody.
