As for me, the best way to sleep is not to drink coffee and to take a lower-body bathing before going to bed. Drinking coffee, no matter how little I drink, always prevent me from sleeping soundly. So I try to drink coffee only early in the morning.
Taking a lower-body bathing and hour before going to bed is really helpful to relax and fall asleep. 😴
