So if a worker is injured or sick, he or she tries to apply for industrial accidents to get all support for treatment and rehabilitation. When the apply is accepted, most of companies have to provide all support until the sick worker is recovered. However, some companies reject to give financial and physical support.

I also heard from a student of mine, who works as an HR manager, that in Korea, the law tends to favor employees or workers rather than companies and their owners.
