I really like seafood. Before, I couldn't eat king crab or salmon imported from overseas often because they were expensive, but now I eat them often.
I enjoy seafood of all kinds. I mostly like to eat raw fish, steamed crab, and boiled shellfish.
There are almost no seafood that I dislike or avoid, but if I had to say it, pufferfish is poisonous and I could die if I just ate it, so I have to eat it at a restaurant that specializes in pufferfish.
Also, I don't really like sea cucumbers that look disgusting. I also tend to avoid shellfish that are too large because they are too big to eat.
I like and enjoy all other seafood.

Seafood is a high-protein food that is low in calo- ries, total fat, and saturated fat. High in vitamins and minerals, seafood has been shown to have numerous health benefits. It reduces the risk of cardiac disease for the general population and provides essential nutrients during fetal growth and development.
