I don't enjoy diving because I'm afraid of heights, so I don't know the feelings of people who enjoy diving.
However, I think I can guess based on what I learned about it in class this morning.
Because divers jump into the water from a high place, they need strong courage to overcome fear, and if they overcome that fear and succeed in diving, they will be able to experience a very thrilling sense of accomplishment.
And based on that, They feel like they can gain confidence and escape from the stress of everyday life.
Also, if they practice consistently to become good at diving, they will be able to have great diving form and naturally stay healthy.
So some people seem to enjoy diving for the above reasons.
However, it would be better to avoid diving that is too dangerous because you shouldn't risk your life while enjoying the thrill.
