How observant are you of other people's body language?

I observe people’s body language a lot. Since a way of using body languages can reflect their personality, I can catch their personality by observing their body languages.
For example, my friend who uses lots of facial expressions and her bodies when she talks is very active and sociable. However, another friend who rarely uses their hand gestures and facial expressions is a very shy person.
After I figure out their personality, I finally can match a tension of a conversation (high or normal haha).

Also, body languages reflect their unconscious and those are kind of non-verbal expressions. When their verbal expressions and non-verbal expressions are different, we have to observe their non-verbal expressions more closely.

So I try to observe people’s detail body language !
