The pressure the important matter gives makes us overcome laziness. For example, when it comes to exam, I think uneasy mind when preparing for exam helps us keep studying. By thinking we don't have much time and we're not prepared enough we can study more without being lazy. Making some routine is also good. Because doing some task in specific time everyday makes us get used to it and it makes the task feel easier. Asking for help can be a way to overcome laziness. Asking friends or family to watch us if we are doing our task diligently would be good.
