I think the importance of finding passion is motivating in many ways.
I think it will be largely divided into two to motivate.
First, you can motivate yourself.
As you look for passion, you will be able to study deeply about yourself and find what you like or field.
If you find what you like, you may have a goal to live in or you may want to find a job that suits your field, so a new goal can be set.
Second, it can be a motivation to do the job.
As with the first reason, finding passion can help you focus on getting things done and find ways to get things done better.
In another way, you may be interested in collateral compensation and want to do things better.
