I don't think forcing introverts to change their communication style is the right approach.
I think it is desirable to respect the communication style of introverts but gradually improve it.
First, I would advise them to start with small social gatherings or one-on-one interactions and gradually increase the size of the gatherings.
Next, I recommend practicing in a low-pressure environment, such as by chatting with colleagues.
It may also be a good idea to join a club or group that matches their interests.
It's also a good idea to volunteer. Volunteering is a great way to meet people while focusing on a common cause.
I would also advise them to seek professional help if necessary.
