First, I try to achieve a big goal by writing it down and writing down the detailed plans or activities necessary to achieve the set goal.
For example, if the big goal is to lose 5kg of weight, to achieve my goal, I should check detailed plans such as do not eating high-calorie food, exercising for more than 30 minutes, and drinking a lot of water with a checklist.
In my experience, this method will unexpectedly be good stimulus for you and an effective way to achieve your goals.
