It may be difficult for anyone to wake up early in the morning.
I have maintained the habit of waking up early in the morning for a long time.
Especially since February of this year, I have been having a hard time because I have to wake up at 5 am every morning to study English.
It's hard for me to wake up early in the morning, but every time I think about the saying that the early bird can eat more bugs.
And the experience of actually waking up early in the morning and gaining a lot motivates me.
I also encourage myself when I start my day in the morning, telling myself that today will be a lot of good things for me.
And I try not to let this day go to waste because once it passes I will never see it again in my life.

And the experience of actually waking up early in the morning and gaining a lot motivates me.
