There are a lot of things I really want to change about my eating habits.
My company friends can't bear to talk about it, but my family, including my two daughters, have told me several times that I need to change my eating habits.
first. I get told that I eat too fast. I have an impatient personality, so I tend to eat quickly.
I will try to eat slowly.
second. I was criticized for looking at my phone while eating.
From now on, I will try not to look at my phone while eating and eat while talking to my family.
Third. I heard that I am a picky eater of meat.
I will also try to eat a variety of vegetables.
fourth. I heard that I make noises while eating.
I try to make as little noise as possible while chewing my food.
It's a bit embarrassing, but I will try to have good eating habits in the future.
