Can a petrichor give you a calm feeling after it rains?

Smell and humidity are big role in creating the vibe(atmosphere).
The reason why some people use perfume is, because they want to make a good impression to others.
Anyway, I think among the smell that most people like is the smell of petrichor.
This is because, I have never seen anyone around me hates this smell.
If I smell petrichor, I feel like in a place where I'm walk in humid and fog weather.
And, I think other people also feel the similarly.
So, many place use the petrichor smell the Air freshener and diffuser.
Usually, this smell is use a lot places have a calm vibe, like a bookstores, libraries, and art galleries.
That much, in my opinion, petrichor smell have a power to make people felling calm.
