It has became a very common theme in terms of revenge in the movies or dramas. However, the reality differs from the movies. Revenge is strictly restricted by law. Sometimes people take revenge by themselves like in one case, in which a woman killed the murderer of her own child in a trial.
In my point of view, I disagree that revenge can be justified. Firstly, the law is the most logical way to revenge. Law is made for a reason; to defend justice. Lawyers, attorneys, judges.. are striving to achieve justice.
Secondly, people have free will to revenge. If the law is not covering them, and they think it is unfair, it's their will to revenge or not. Just like human being having free will to not commit criminal acts or be righteous. It's sad that people have to be a criminal for revenge.
Therefore, I disagree that revenge can be justified.

I think I am familiar with the aforementioned situation, and after seeing it, I started weighing whether or not it is truly possible to obtain justice by committing crimes. However, in today's society, justice is recognized for being unfair, as the saying "Justice is for the rich" implies, which is a sad truth.
