If I think about it, I'm easily worried and anxious about what hasn't happened.
For example, when I go to an interview, I think, "What if I say something wrong in front of the interviewer?" or "What if I'm less qualified than others?" or even "What if the interviewer hates me?"
Whenever I have such thoughts or anxiety, I stop what I'm doing, take a deep breath, and exhale, and listen to comfortable music to control my mind.
