Refering to Herbert description is that a combination of physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion causes different kinds of burnout. Especially, people who is continuously being exposed on the noise or tighten working condition are the biggest proportion of experiencing burnout. It is not only the phenomenon that psychologist has determined on the desk, but also it implies to people these days. In my opinion, to prevent destroying ourselves from burnout, we need to seek out how can we take breaks regularly and maintain a support network. Althoug spending time on the new field is important to expand our professions, recognizing a real figure of mine needs more attention before we lost everything from burnout.
