It is neccessary to clarify the purpose of operating cafe to prioritize the things we should prepare.
Normally, the purpose of operating cafe is divided into two reasons, profit generation or value realization.
For the former case, we should position cafe into market by researching the cafe market and analyzing expected profit thoroughly.
However, for the latter case, we can be just free to set the cafe in a way satisfying ourselves.
And also, although many people have a dream of operating cafe, I believe that operating personal business is very challenging thing.
