Firefighters must be physically strong and have specialized knowledge and skills regarding fires and disasters because they have to extinguish fires, rescue people, and handle various disasters.
Additionally, professional knowledge and accident recovery skills will need to be further strengthened through continuous training.
Above all, I think it is important to cultivate a strong spirit of service to citizens.
Firefighters sometimes have to be willing to risk their lives to rescue citizens at dangerous disaster sites.
In fact, many firefighters are seriously injured or killed while responding to disasters.
That's why I think firefighters deserve respect from citizens.
I also believe that the government should actively provide various equipment to help them work in safer conditions and also pay attention to improving their salaries and welfare.
