In the past, when I was feeling down or in trouble, I would stay up all night drinking and talking until I got really drunk with my friends.
However, at that time, it was good to forget about the bad things for a while, but in the end, the problem was not solved, so I did not continue drinking and talking with my friends.
Instead of drinking and talking, I chose to take matters into my own hands
First of all, I sweat a lot by riding a bicycle alone or exercising very intensely.
Then, while listening to quiet music, I take the time to think about the things that have bothered me from an optimistic perspective.
I always try to be grateful for everything I have.
Even though I am in a difficult situation, when I think that it is not the worst and that there is still hope, my mood changes and my will to live hard is revived.
