I think the reason why the company has to have an interview before hiring to identify the applicants.
If you are hired without an interview, the company could face another problem.
It's because one person has good abilities and good scores, but one people may have difficulty carrying out his or her job because he or she is an introvert, and the other people may act arbitrarily because he or she is selfish.
Therefore, the company detemines whether the applicant is suitable applicant based on interview.
Nowadays, the types of interviews are diversified, and job performance skills are identified in various ways and applicants are identified.
