Since this activities are not legal duty, we don't have the right to criticize them if they don't do that.
However, it can be classified a type of moral duty to make good circle in society.
Their behaviors can make a positive impact to public through media.
And also, their wealth is not only from the efforts but also sometimes from luck or inheritance.
Thus, they should make an action related to noblesse oblige
