Upgraded game content can also attract users back who may have left due to previous complaints. Secondly, it fosters a perception of a communicative game. Ignoring user feedback can easily lead to user attrition. By actively engaging and communicating with users, they are more likely to develop affection for the game, lowering the barrier for new users to join due to this positive image.
