What are the pros and cons of buying food from convenience stores?

Since experiencing the convenience store, there was become indispensable to me.
Because, most convenience store working for 24/7 and we can easy to enter because it's everywhere.
So, these days many people eat the meals at convenience stores.
I'm also sometimes I eat the meals at there.
But, I think the disadvantage of convenience stores's food quality it's not good.
Because, there are not restaurant, they just sell easy cooking food.
And then, we spend more money than we expected.
The convenience store item are not cheap price.
So, every time I think " I should to reduce going to convenience store ", but it's not easy.
Because, there have good access.
