As you know, there are many herbs containing medical ingredients. Most elderly people in Korea know the kinds of herbs. They like to consume them seasonally and even plant them in their garden or roof garden. My husband know medical herbs very well as if he were an oriental doctor. He plants some kinds of herbs or vegetables in our vegetable garden. He plants them even in the flower bed in my terrace in Seoul. He insists medical herbs or vegetables should be raised organically.
