I'm originally a positive person, so even when I face disappointment, I tend to think briefly and forget quickly.
But these days, maybe because of stress, I feel the disappointment persists for a long time? :)
First of all, think briefly and try you forget.
If you keep thinking about it, you'll only think about the pain.
And I think about the next goal.
For example, preparing for another text or setting the next step.
If I don't I do what I want to do or what I need to do.
After the exam, I'm going to sleep well!
And I'm going to watch Disney movies and dramas that I put off!
If that's also hard, I just go out and walk while listen to exciting music or go to coin singing room alone and sing.
Then, your feelings of depression will be lowered.
