I personally think the environment they've been through is important. They couldn't accept it, it depends on the environment. For example, your parents took care about you as male although you were bone as female. You could be confused between male and female. So, the parents roll is the most important that they bring up a child. And, when they feel it's not fair between male and female, it could be possible. Especially, the men need to considerate female first in Korea.
