Patience is a very valuable skill in the workplace and for your personal life. It inspires productivity, positivity, freedom, and it builds your reputation at work. Some who do not possess patience may possibly because they have little patience and tolerance for themselves.  It is a choice to hone it.

It seems that you have much of it in you. Thus choose it all the time to level up your professional skill.

Below, my grammar suggestions include having a subject in the sentence and that us as simple as having the pronoun 'I'. For the others, study them carefully.
