I usually get up at 9 am. but I don¡¯t eat breakfast. Most of time, I study useful skills to find job such as computer skills. but when I take a rest, I play games for about 1 hour. I consider my health, so I¡¯m trying not to eat after 8 pm. Originally, I went to the fitness center to exercise 3 times a week, but not now. but I¡¯m planning to go to the fitness center again next week because I got weight after recent trip abroad. So my goal is loosing 3kg.
