It is difficult to choose what a kind of instructor is more preferable in a academy. Most students prefer to learn from an instructor who is good at teaching and teach fun. They want their instructors to lead strongly but not to treat them harshly. Some parents want their children to be treated strictly in their class. Other parents want my instructors to teach kindly.

I totally agree! Choosing between someone who is strict or friendly is very difficult. Perhaps choosing a teacher who can be both at the same time, adjusting depending on the students' needs, can be better.
