They take care guest's needs and has to make them feel comfortable during long hours flight.
Passenger can be suffocated or uncomfortable in flight, because aircraft is confined space and activity is limited.

I don't agree with customer is right all the time.
I will try my best to satisfy them and make them feel comfortable with my service.
However, the customer is demanding beyond the common sense or if it is related to safety, I could reject their request.
