There are two main healthy habits that I do everyday. First, I clean my pillow with wet tissue to remove dust collected all day. Because I think the dust can make my hair dusty. The next thing is I'm trying to do exercise everyday. I think working out is so beneficial as everyone knows such as helping to go back to the normal weight for obese and making people more energetic. The reason I try to work out exercise everyday is that I usually exercise for upper and lower body in rotation day by day so, skipping the exercise one day can make my training routine break.
