In my opinion, it's a half and half. It's because you can't control the payment for gaming money, it would be dangerous. However, you can do it that wouldn't be dangerous. Most likely, the online gambling tend to give you some money since they suggest you to start to the gambling. After running out of the money whether some people can quit the gambling or not. So, I personally think it's a 50%. :)
