In my case as a nurse, the most of colleague ask me favors. Because we can’t work alone. I mean we have each takes but we also require cooperation. For example, basically we get 4 patients at least. If there is emergency situation, we can’t take care about all of our patients. Because we need to pay attention to a emergency case. It is difficult to work all tasks at the same time. Therefore we’re always thankful for helping each other.
