The weather is still cold here. I envy the weather in Philippine for winter only.
I was surprised you are using the belt for your nephew education. I know it must be a good cane for them.^^

What is the biggest apology you’ve ever had to give? How did you feel while you were giving it, beforehand and afterward?
I don't remember what I did something wrong and never remember that I gave anyone my apology since I had a job here.
I have argued with our chef for some problems a year ago. I shouted at him because he can not take the reservation owing to manpower lack. So I said you are the chef and have the responsibilities for handling the problem but what can you do for that?
I gave the apology to the kitchen employees because of my shout of anger. I still can't understand his mind.
The problem was reported to the general manager. Anyway the reservation was handled by ourselves without any manpower of kitchen department.

I smiled when I read the "belt" part, hahaha... I might sounded off that time but I guess I practice the traditional way. (^.^") I feel like I have to defend myself about what I said regarding this HAHAHA!!! Anyway, whenever you talk about your work the only problem you mention is the chef... nothing else, I must say that it is consistent, :D
