While traveling abroad, I would like to try local or traditional food. But sometimes it makes me hurt. I have some problems in digestion with some kinds of ingredients such as flour. And I have a weak stomach, so I avoid strong seasonings or greasy sources. If I eat these foods thoughtlessly, I am likely to have a stomachache or diarrhea. Sometimes I feel itchy or have red rashes. When I am sick while traveling, I am likely to be very embarrassed and upset.

It's just sad to know that no matter how interested you are in trying local food, there are still some limitations because you are sensitive to flour-based food.
