I think reason why some people have lots of energy while others have little energy is because people's personalities are different.
Some people need their own time for rest after play with friends or work.
That's my type.
While others want to be with people after work.
However, it's not always a person have little energy need a rest time.
Most people do that.
Thus, each person's personalities and energy are all different each others.
