There are three effect about implication of aging population.

one is Social Impact. Aging can be lead to change family structures.
Additionally, there need for social support and welfare systems for the elderly.

two is Economy Impact. incresing population structure can be influence the labor market. becaus increase the old people, and decrease in the workplace.

three is Personal Impact. asing could be heightened attention to health issues among the elderly. leading to an increased demand for healthcare services. Also It's getting important about retirement planning and pension considerations. because implications of an aging population.
