Have you ever disagreed with a manager's methods at work? How did you handle the situation?

Sometime my opinion can be different with my manager's one.
I already had the experiences for many times.
In that case, I would explain about my opinion politely and carefully.
If my opinions weren't taken, I would follow the manager's methods.
It is my duty as one of the hotel employees even if manager was wrong.
I would check what was the perfect opinion once I followed his methods.
So communication with my manager is really important to handle it.
