I can relate to your answers. I think that's me! HAHAH I'm not most after the incentives. Of course, it was good to have the best incentives but without workplace peace of mind, the incentive is meaningless. Everything that may affect my mental health is more important to me. Therefore, the working environment and the management are the things I consider because anything that is going through my head can affect my performance. It's my opinion :P
