I understood the definition about franchise and chain yesterday and also facilities today.
That's why I feel exciting every morning before your class.

What's difference between facilites and amenities in the hotel?
They sound similar but have a difference.
Facilties are the kinds of infrastructures for customers to enjoy themselves such as swimming pool, sauna, gym, restaurants in the hotel.
Amenities are something comfortable while customers are staying in the room such as shampoo, rinse, soup, dryer.

What should we do as a assignments about the hotel industry?
After the corona diease, many people are interested in their health.
So hotel managers should think about adding health programs connected with robot systems.
The robot system will be normalized in the future.
So health robot systems can make customers feel comfortable, and not worried about any diease like corona before.

During our class, I think I misunderstood your question. I thought we were discussing future hotels based on what you sent me, which is why I encouraged you to add something new to your chosen program, which is health. Because hotels have previously taken health-related actions, I wondered what might happen in the future. If it is just about work assignment I guess talking about health is already okay like what you told me in class since it is very timely after the coronavirus.
